The Comprehensive Digital Information Program for Librarians (C-DIP 1.0) is a transformative capacity-building initiative implemented by the Youth Initiative for Sustainable Human Development in Africa (YiSHDA) with support from the U.S. Mission to Nigeria. The program was designed to strengthen the digital competencies of librarians and reposition public and academic libraries as modern knowledge and innovation hubs capable of meeting the information needs of the 21st century.
