The Girls Mentorship Program (G-MEP) was launched in Nigeria by the former World Bank Country Director for Nigeria; Marie Francoise Marie-Nelly. Girls Mentorship Program is designed to help young girls get the support they need to become successful women leaders, achievers, managers, and entrepreneurs in the future. Girls will also have the opportunity to meet, discuss, share ideas with women leaders in the society who will also play the role of a mentor.
When we support the growth and empowerment of girls, we raise the quality of life for everyone. This is because when girls lead they not only lead businesses, they lead in their community, they fight for their children, and they give voice to issues that are important to our collective future.
